Lobster in pasta nests
4 portions
Ingredients
375 good quality noodles
the pulp of lobster 3 tails cut in 4 cm pieces
flour
vegetable oil
Lemon cream
½ (125 grams) mayonnaise
¼ (60 ml) of sour cream
1 tablespoon of finely grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 tablespoons of fresh estragon, minced
or 1 teaspoon of dry estragon
Preparation
- Cook the pasta in abundant water with salt until it is almost cooked. Drain, rinse twice and dry lightly. Set aside.
- Lemon cream: in a bowl place the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and grated peels, mustard and estragon. Mix and set aside.
- Flour a piece of lobster and wrap it in noodles giving it a next appearance. Repeat until you finish with the lobster and noodles.
- Heat oil in a tall frying pan. Once its bubbling, fry the nets by batches until they golden on all sides. Drain on paper towels. Serve right away with the lemon cream.
- If you like it hot you can also heat your lobster in the microwave oven 30 sec. to 1 minute.

This dish is also delicious made with large shrimp.
